  additional explanation request
4. Professors responds to 3.

★ In my early teaching career, I was always concerned about whether I was getting across to my students. I recall lamenting the fact that I knew too little about my students.
From several wonderful lectures by my senior colleagues, I came to feel that while being a skilled researcher was no guarantee of being a skilled teacher, skilled teachers were never bad researchers. I believe that excellent research and a heartfelt desire to communicate the results will produce good teaching.
Since resolving, about twenty years ago, that if I wanted to know something then I would ask, I have asked my students to tell me the keywords that have made a lasting impression on them. The basic mechanism of the Key Words Meeting (KWM) that I have learned from them consists of teachers’ lesson preparations making use of key words, a report of students’ recall after a lesson, and teachers’ feedback (FB).
Although I initially used the information I collected from my students in reports, and then later e-mail, performing content analysis and providing accurate FB were problematic in that processing such enormous amounts of information was incredibly time consuming. Dr. K. Kurishima, whom I first encountered on his recruitment by the university in 2006, earned his doctorate in information engineering in 2012 with a thesis dealing with an online version of KWM.
The current release of the KWM-Icon Ver represents an improvement over the previous Blue & Gradation Version. KWM-Icon Ver is designed for Multi-national, Tablet and/or Smartphone, Intuitional Use. The Roles are expressed as an color as like; Learner (ATT) is Green, COM (Course Manager) is purple, CLM (Class Manager) is Blue, Administrator (ADM) is Red, and KWM System is Black. Those colors setting is for clear view even in black/white screen might used somewhere. Even as we were forced to work through the night for work done on our own time, we enjoyed the gracious support and prayers of our colleagues. I would like to remember each of you individually in expressing our humble gratitude.

★ After filing patents related to KWM in 2004 and 2010 and completing trademark registration, we began looking for a private company that would be able to distribute KWM to public elementary and junior high schools free of charge. KWM makes full use of the latest information and communication technology (ICT) tools and ideas, and its distribution to learners across the country and around the world requires an enthusiasm and financial resources that we have not yet been able to find.
My students just left our laboratory to embark on a new journey, after having respectively established a school-related business and commercial-based firm. Although these are both still fledgling companies, as their former supervisor, I can at the very least guarantee their enthusiasm for education. I would like them to charge a fair fee to private schools, universities, and other private firms of relatively prosperous countries, and I have confidence that they will both be able to fulfill their promises to me after they have been able to secure a decent income.
In the future, I would like to establish a KWM Foundation, and provide this technology free of charge to public elementary and junior high-schools and educational non-profits around the world. At such time, it is our plan to introduce open source development.
